At Rausch PT, everyone from our friendly front office staff to our dedicated aides is here to cheer you on and help you achieve your goals. We strive to give you the best experience possible every time you come see us, which is why your personal Rausch physical therapist will be by your side throughout your entire treatment. While most PT clinics have you see someone different every time, we feel it’s important to develop and nurture that one-on-one relationship with you to maintain the highest-quality care throughout the duration of your rehabilitation.
Our physical therapists are all athletes themselves, and as such, have developed sport-specific niches to complement their extensive understanding of the human body as a whole. Growing up in Southern California, I had opportunities to play a lot of sports. It was my love of basketball that lead to my interest in athletic training and being able to immediately help the athlete on and off the field. I graduated from Concordia University with my degree in Exercise and Sports Science and became a certified athletic trainer. Since then, I have worked closely with youth to college athletes in nearly every sport in our local community.
During undergrad, I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for four years, and during that time I also became a back injury patient. Once I was a patient on the table, my eyes were fully opened to the amazing profession of physical therapy, and I decided I wanted to pursue it. I graduated from Chapman University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013.
Over the past four and a half years, I have been blessed to work in several physical therapy settings, including outpatient private practice, hospital-based outpatient, acute care, and lab assisting. However, my love for sports has drawn me to Rausch Physical Therapy, where I can focus on rehabilitating active people of all ages in my community. My goal as a physical therapist is to return all my patients back to their sport, recreational activity or hobby, and to keep our community active, healthy and happy!
Outside of the clinic, you can find me in the gym pushing around some weights, adventuring outdoors whether it be hiking in the canyon or enjoying the beach, traveling and simply enjoying the newlywed life with my husband.

Throughout my life I found myself getting involved with a lot of sports. I grew up in Pasco, WA, and enjoyed all four seasons Washington offered, which varied from catching the fresh powder on my snowboard to swimming, boating, and biking in the summers. I played most sports year round, but my biggest passion, time and energy went into gymnastics and volleyball. I moved down to CA in 2009 for schooling at Loma Linda University where I graduated with my Doctorate in physical therapy in 2012 and then shortly after in 2015 became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. I strive to do the best in all I do either at home or at work. I have two amazing kids that I love spending time with. My passion is to help other moms get the treatment they deserve and need in order for them to be the best person they can be. I also love treating V-ball players and gymnasts because I can relate to the difficulty and dedication it takes for those sports, and I want to help people keep doing what they love.
I was already on the path of becoming a physical therapist when I injured my shoulder playing softball at Walla Walla University. Unfortunately, I did not receive the individualized care my shoulder needed, which has motivated and sparked me to be the best PT I can be for my patients. The manual therapy and therapeutic exercises I provide for my patients are all very specific to that individual to get them back doing what they love to do. I enjoy looking at functional movements and tailoring exercise programs to help you as a whole individual, not just a body part. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to even further assist our community. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children outdoors either hiking, going to the beach or participating in local 5k or 10k races, or catching a baseball game.
