Dr. Sarah Y.
Physical Therapist
Dr. Sarah Young knew from an early age that she wanted to work in healthcare, always captivated by anatomy and physiology and how the body moves and heals. After volunteering at an outpatient physical therapy clinic, she decided to become a physical therapist and discovered her passion for patient interaction and guiding people through injury recovery. She graduated from the physical therapy program at California State University, Long Beach, and enjoys staying active herself through Pilates, volleyball, and other sports. Having grown up playing volleyball and basketball, Dr. Sarah has a strong understanding of sports-related injuries and loves treating patients of all ages who want to stay active. She specializes in upper extremity conditions, including shoulder, elbow, neck, and wrist injuries, and is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
