Abby Anderson is a Pilates instructor for 18 years, a Physical Therapy assistant for 4 years, and a personal trainer for 20 years. She specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy and is a member of APTA pelvic health and PTA rep for the Inland Counties chapter of CPTA. She studied at CBU in the Allied Health-PTA program and at CSU Fullerton in kinesiology. She trained in Balanced Body, Konnector, and Stott Pilates programs, TRX and Pilates suspension, and is yoga certified.

She has attended annual conferences in physical therapy and fitness for over 18 years, with professionals from around the world. She has helped many clients achieve their health and rehab goals while working all over Riverside and Orange County. She strives to teach others that fitness can be enjoyable and that you can be strong and prevent injury throughout any age of life!

Ryan graduated with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior before changing career paths after a positive experience with physical therapy following an ankle injury sustained while playing basketball. Over the past 10+ years, he has gained experience in workers’ compensation, outpatient rehabilitation, and neurological clinics.

Most notably, Ryan spent the last two years expanding his expertise by pursuing additional certifications as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Human Movement Specialist, allowing him to take a well-rounded approach to patient care and performance.

Outside of treating patients, Ryan enjoys walking his dog on local trails, spending time at the beach or pool, doing Pilates, planning weekend getaways, exploring new exercises and techniques, and trying new food spots around South Orange County.

Prajna was born and raised in Mumbai, India, where she also completed her undergraduate studies before moving to the United States to further her education. She earned her Master’s degree in Chicago and went on to complete her Doctorate in New York. With over 11 years of experience, Prajna takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to care, focusing on therapeutic exercise, postural and core stability, functional manual therapy, and movement training to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.

She has extensive experience treating patients of all ages across a wide range of clinical areas, including pre- and post-operative care, orthopedics, sports injuries for both recreational and collegiate athletes, workers’ compensation and auto-related injuries, geriatrics, chronic pain, whiplash, and CVA recovery. She is also passionate about performance enhancement, wellness training, and injury prevention.

Outside of the clinic, Prajna enjoys traveling and exploring different cuisines from around the world.

Bailey is an Orange County native and has been surfing ever since she could walk. Her love for the beach kept her close to the coastline, and she attended the University of San Diego, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Shadowing home health physical therapists with a focus on neurologically involved populations made her fall in love with the profession, which encouraged her to pursue PT. She graduated from Chapman University, obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree, and she loves treating neuro/ balance, surfers, and orthopedic injuries, especially related to the neck.

After volunteering at an outpatient physical therapy office, she decided to become a physical therapist, where she found her passion for patient interaction and injury recovery. She graduated from PT school at California State University in Long Beach. She plays all kinds of sports, but grew up playing volleyball and basketball. She enjoys being active by doing pilates and playing volleyball. She likes treating patients of all ages and sports-related injuries, and she specializes in upper extremities such as shoulders, elbows, necks, and wrists.

Meet Austin, the upbeat physical therapist born and raised in beautiful Alaska. Austin’s passion for physical therapy came from a personal experience during his childhood when he broke his wrist and discovered the positive and transformative world of rehabilitation. As a soccer-loving college student in Portland, Oregon, Austin gathered comprehensive knowledge of the injuries and afflictions that soccer athletes experience, and he now specializes in soccer sports therapy with a focus on hips, ankles, and post-operative orthopedics. Austin loves being active in his free time with his wife and golden doodle, Dasher. He enjoys hiking, surfing, biking, and playing pickleball. Whatever Austin does, he approaches it with professionalism combined with a contagious sense of humor. Christina grew up in Sacramento and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chapman University. Her interest in PT was sparked in college when she picked up weightlifting after years of playing basketball, giving her a firsthand appreciation for strength training, injury prevention, and how the body adapts under load. Outside the clinic, she enjoys lifting, walking and hiking with her dog, paddleboarding, crocheting, and video games. She has a particular interest in treating orthopedic conditions of the low back and lower extremity.
