Christina grew up in Sacramento and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chapman University. Her interest in physical therapy was sparked in college when she transitioned from years of playing basketball to weightlifting, giving her a firsthand appreciation for strength training, injury prevention, and how the body adapts under load. Outside the clinic, she enjoys lifting, walking and hiking with her dog, paddleboarding, crocheting, and playing video games, which helps her relate to patients with a wide range of lifestyles and activity levels. Christina has a particular interest in treating orthopedic conditions of the low back and lower extremity and is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, build strength, and return confidently to the activities they love.
