How much does physical therapy cost without insurance?
Our cash-pay rates for orthopedic physical therapy are $197 for a 60-minute initial evaluation or premium session, $157 for a 45-minute premium session, and $107 for a 30-minute follow-up. You can also use your health insurance to help cover treatment.
How much does pelvic floor therapy cost?
A 60-minute one-on-one pelvic health session is $249 at the cash-pay rate. It includes a pelvic health assessment and a treatment plan built around your goals.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept a range of major insurance plans for physical therapy at our Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and Mission Viejo clinics. See our accepted insurance list, or call (949) 276-5401 and our front desk will review your benefits before your first visit. Rx Chiro appointments are self-pay.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA?
Yes. Rausch PT accepts HSA and FSA payments.
Do you offer session packages?
Yes. StretchFix comes in three-session packages: three 25-minute sessions for $105 or three 50-minute sessions for $197. Rx Chiro follow-up and maintenance visits are available in packages of 4 or 10, which you can buy over the phone or in person.
