Get to Know Sarah

Sarah grew up in Southern Orange County and has been involved in sports her whole life. She competed in gymnastics for 13 years. After that she ran varsity cross country and pole vaulted for two years in high school. Since then, Sarah continues to enjoy watching and being involved with gymnastics and has completed a couple half marathons.

Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) where she received her Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science. She then was a physical aide for a year and a half, where she found her passion for physical therapy. She attended Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Sarah has experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedics. As your physical therapist, her goal is to give you the information and tools you need to get back to what you love doing. Each person is different, and she believes that individualizing your plan of care is vital to your recovery.

When Sarah is not working, she likes to go to the beach, go for hikes, watch college football in the fall, and spend time with friends and family.
