Dr. Dani Simons is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist with a clinical focus on treating both men’s and women’s pelvic health, chronic low back pain, and lower extremity injuries, with a special interest in postpartum recovery. She takes a person-centered, fitness-forward approach to care, integrating individualized treatment plans that empower her patients to achieve their goals. Motivated by the desire to help individuals return to their favorite activities, Dani earned her doctorate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. She believes that movement profoundly impacts our quality of life and the way we connect with one another.
Dani leads an active lifestyle, drawing from her background in running, rock climbing, yoga, and strength training. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their miniature schnauzer, Rocky, cooking to her favorite music, and skateboarding along the coast.
