Event Type: Complimentary service demonstration for F45 members

Rausch PT & Wellness will be offering F45 members complimentary Rx Wellness service demos following the Sunday Hyrox classes at F45 San Clemente. Stop by our booth to explore how our recovery and wellness focused services can help support you throughout your Hyrox training journey.

Recovery Support for Hyrox Athletes

Hyrox training combines running with functional strength stations, which puts real demand on your legs, hips, and back. Our pop up gives you a chance to try recovery services in person and ask our team how to keep your body ready for your next session or race. Services may include Rx Massage, StretchFix assisted stretching, and Rx Chiro, based on provider availability.
