Expecting a baby or navigating life with a newborn? The Bump & Beyond Expo Laguna Hills brings local parents together for a morning focused on pregnancy, postpartum health and family wellness.

Hosted by The Mommy Center, this free event is designed for expecting and new parents. Families can connect with local pregnancy and postpartum professionals. In addition, attendees can learn practical skills and discover resources for pregnancy, birth and life with a new baby.

What to Expect at the Bump & Beyond Expo

The morning includes a mini CPR class, seated prenatal massages and lactation support. Parents can also practice diapering and swaddling skills.

Additionally, the expo features pregnancy and postpartum vendors, food and drinks, a photo booth, giveaways and raffles.

Supporting Healthy Moms in Orange County

Pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period bring significant changes to the body. Therefore, access to the right education and health resources can make a meaningful difference.
