Dr. Danielle S.
Clinical Director, Pelvic Health & Orthopedic Specialist
Dr. Dani Simons, DPT, is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy expert in Laguna Niguel with a clinical focus on men’s and women’s pelvic health, chronic low back pain, and lower extremity injuries, with a special interest in postpartum recovery. She takes a person centered, fitness forward approach to care, creating individualized treatment plans that empower her patients to stay active, feel better, and reach their goals. Motivated by a desire to help people return to the activities they love, Dani earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. She believes that movement profoundly impacts our quality of life and the way we connect with one another.
Dani leads an active lifestyle herself and draws on her background in running, rock climbing, yoga, and strength training when working with active adults. She understands the physical and mental toll of being sidelined by pain and uses that insight to design practical, sustainable programs that fit real life.
Outside the clinic, Dani enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their miniature schnauzer, Rocky, cooking to her favorite music, and skateboarding along the coast. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve your pelvic health, Dani is here to support you on your journey to recovery, resilience, and optimal performance.
