Run Right combines advanced technology with our expertise in biomechanics to discover and fix any flaws in your run form so you can avoid pain, stay injury free, and most importantly, go faster.
How it Works
Your Run Right session will include:
- Expert analysis using our advanced video system to evaluate everything from your range of motion and mobility to strength and biomechanics.
- Individualized coaching with a doctor of physical therapy who will teach you proper running form via cues, drills and strengthening exercises.
A physical therapist will put you through a variety of tests, exercises and video analysis to determine how “run ready” you are. At the end of your session, you’re given a score and report. You’ll also leave with specific takeaways, such as corrective exercises, running form modification, footwear recommendations, etc. Follow-up sessions are key to improving your score, keeping your form flawless, and helping you stay pain-free for the long term.
