Get to Know Renee

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2002 and am still passionate about my profession and helping others. My background includes spending the majority of my career collaborating with physical therapists where I’ve gained an extensive knowledge of hands on training working on professional and Olympic athletes as well as pre/post surgery patients. This has given me a uniquely rounded approach to client’s needs. My style combines deep tissue, therapeutic massage with manual therapy techniques. Each massage is custom tailored to your needs by integrating several techniques and varied levels of pressure. My goal is to have every person I work with leave feeling and moving better than when they came in.

I live in Aliso Viejo with my husband and 3 daughters. When I’m not busy attending dance and gymnastics meets, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and doing outdoor activities.
